COpy of the signed agenda and pictures of the bottle storage, set up, and labeling will be sent to LPA by POC date. Based on interview, Licensee did not ensure Child #1 was accorded safe and healthful accommodations, resulting in Child #1 being given and drinking Child #2's break milk bottle. This was an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of child in care. Room #3 sink is not accessible to the children being served and will not be used until completion. Bag and sign to be placed on it as Staff Reminder. Based on interview, record review, and observation, the licensee did not ensure that water outlets with lead exceedances, were inaccessible to children in care.
