Director shall submitted an addendum to the admission agreement to reflect the change of operating hours. Director shall also submit a written statment that states all enrolled families admission agreements will be revising to reflect change of operating hours to CCL by POC due date 06/11/2025. Based on infromation obtained Director reduced child (C-1) hours from the signed parent agreement/contact that was sign upon admission. Director failed to give parents a new contact to reflect modifications to the original admission agreement. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care. CCR
