A1 will complete her fingerprint clearance and will not provide care and suprvision at the facility until a crimal record clearance has been granted and is associated to the facility. Another staff member who has fingerprint clearance was observed to provide care and supervision for the classroom needed. Based on interview and observation, Adult #1 (A1) provided care and supervision at the facility on 6/22/26, 6/23/26 and 6/26/26. A1 does not have a California criminal clearance as required to care for children. This poses an immediate Health, Safety, Personal Rights risk to persons in care. Civil penalties issued.
