By POC date, Director must ensure that staff have a more clear understanding of children's personal rights. LPA provided website for staff to review at https://ccld.childcarevideos.org/child-care-center-operators/ Based on staff interviews, staff did place a child in a high chair until child was picked up by parent. Director must submit written personal statements from each staff member of what they have learned from the "Children's Personal Rights In Child Care" video.

By 04/14/2023 the director wil submit a written plan on how the facility will ensure they provide care and supervision to meet the children's needs. Based on interviews the facility did not ensure all staff are supervising the children properly to meet the children's needs, which poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
