REQUIREMENT HAS NOT BEEN MET Staff handled daycare child in a rough manner. THE INCIDENT OCCURRED 11 MONTHS AGO. THE FACILITY TOOK ACTION BY REPREMANDING THE STAFF MEMBER. SINCE THEN THE STAFF MEMBER IS NO LONGER AN EMPLOYEE OF THE FACILITY.
