By POC Due Date 9/1/22 Director agreed to: 1. Hold all staff training on personal rights, and watch training video on CCLD website. 2. Meeting agenda and attendance verification to be sent to CCL no later than 9/1/22. It was determined staff S1 was helping child C1 during bathroom break, she held/squeezed C1’s upper arms to stop C1 from sitting on a soiled pull-up and have an accident on the floor. S1 admitted this incident occurred. This resulted in bruises on C1’s arm and made child upset, cry. This is a violation of personal rights and potential risk to safety of children.
