102417(a) · Operation of a Family Child Care Home (a) The licensee shall be present in the home and shall ensure that children in care are supervised at all times.

Licensee will provide a written statement acknowledging understanding of ensuring adequate supervision for all children in care while operating a Large Family Childcare Home and submit it to LPA via email by close of business on 04/17/26. Based on interview, the licensee stated they observed C1's actions but did not prevent C1 from inappropriately touching C2 which poses a potential Health, safety and personal rights risk to persons in care. Failure to correct will result in a $100 per day civil penalty until corrected. Repeat violations are $250 per violation and $100 per day until corrected.
