By close of business 3/10/26, Licensee will submit a written statement acknowledging that she will ensure she maintains ratio to LPA. Based on observation the Licensee left the home for a period of time and left ten children under the care of one assistant making the facility out of ratio which poses an immediate health and safety risk to persons in care. Failure to Correct will result in a $100 per day civil penalty until corrected. Repeat violations are $250 per violation and $100 per day until corrected.
