Director stated they will shedule fully qualified staff to meet ratio. Based on inspection and record review there were 2 teacher aids and no fully qualified teachers providing care to 6 children which is an immidiate risk to the health and safety of the persons in care.

101170(e)(1) · Criminal Record Clearance: 101170(e)(1) All individuals subject to a criminal record review pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.871 shall prior to working, residing or volunteering in a licensed facility: (1)Obtain a California clearance or a criminal record exemption as required by the Department or The director stated all staff are getting fingerpirnt clearances and those without clearance will not return until fingerprint cleared and associated. The staff member that was observed on September 12, 2024, will no longer being working at the facility effeective October 25, 2024.
