  as evidenced: On March 26, 2025, Licensee had five infants in care Licensee stated that she did not realize that the infant who put her over ratio was under two years old. The child was a few days away from being 2 years old and is now 2. Facility was over ratio by one infant. This is an immediate health and safety risk to children in care. Deficiency is cleared today.
