Licensee stated that she is in the process of hiring two assistants to help her with providing care to children when she is out for personal appointments. LPA will return to clear the deficiency. Facility was out of ration on 06/06/2024. Assistant #2 was providing care to four infants and four preschooler alone. This is an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.
