Licensee shall maintain the door open while infants nap. Licnesee reviewed requirement with assistants during inspection. LPA reviewed safe sleep regulation and as of the date of this inspection the facility is back into compliance. Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, the bedroom doors were not maintained open while infants napped in cribs which poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of the children in care.
