The Director will review Title 22 Reporting Requirements and will be submitting written notice to licensing. Director understands to notify Licensing when there is an outbreak in the facility. The director will email LPA for plan to correct the deficiency by end of business day today, October 24, 2022. Director will also review Public Health Reporting Requirements.
