Director stated they had Parent who is a nurse come out to facility and conduct a training for staff involved. Director met wuth staff involved and went over basic tarining on what to do in those case sitations. Based on LPA's interviews, and record review, S1 gave C1 cashew which C1 was known to be allergic to and staff failed to administer EpiPen to C1 immediately as directed by C1’s parent & physician. Staff also failed to seek outside medical treatment immediately to help C1. This poses an immediate risk to the child's health and safety.
