evidence by Director made the repairs by changing the light bulb in the restroom and fixing the wooden step. During today's visit LPA insepcted the light and step they were within compliance. Based on observation and interviews conducted the bathroom light was not working for a whole day and the wooden step that leads into the outdoor play area was not stable while staff and children step on it. This is a potential Health and Safety risk to the children in care.
