Director stated she has been working with a professional pest control company since July 2023 and having them treat the facility once a month. Director provided LPA with pest control invoices from July 2023-Dec. 2023. Based on LPA’s observation and interviews, 7 out of 7 staff that were interviewed disclosed that there was and is cockroaches/water bugs in the facility.
