Office Admin Bremer stated they will send an action plan to ensure proper ratio is being followed at all times. Plan will be provided to LPA by due date of 5/1/26. Staff stated they were out of ratio when they were in the playground with more than 24 children and 2 staff. LPA observed staff juggling around to cover ratios.
