This requirement is not met as evidence by Owner Administrator Vik Gursahani stated all bullentin boards have been professionally and securely mounted to walls in preschool/ infant rooms. LPA Duron has observed bulletin boards have been securely mounted on the walls. Facility has been newly painted, new window fixtures, and new furntiture has been added. Based on LPA’s interview, S2 and S3 disclosed on 3/14/23 a medium size bulletin board approximatly 3X4 ft fell on a child and the child received a red mark and small scratch on their forehead.
