    Director stated she now has school-age staff available until 6:00 PM. Director stated she will submit new Personnel report within 7 days. Facility's capacity conditions were violated when it was determined preschool and school-age children were commingled routinely in the last 30-45 minutes of the day. This poses a immediate risk to the children in care.
