Based on interviews conducted, the licensee did not comply Per Director they will have a meeting with staff regarding diaper changing procedures. Meeting minutes/ agenda and staff signatures will be submitted to LPA via email by POC due date of 09/08/2025. with the section cited above in that Staff disclosed that gloves are changed between changes and hands are washed after all children have been changed and some staff do not use gloves which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
