LPA observed Drinking Fountain B was removed and capped - picture was taken. Per Staff, the facility does not use Drinking Fountain B which was removed and capped. Drinking water comes from the kitchen faucet which did not test for lead exceedance. POC cleared during site visit. Based on record review and observations, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as Drinking Fountain- B (6.2 UG/L) tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE).
