101230(c) · A teacher-child ratio of one teacher supervising 24 napping children is permitted provided that the remaining teachers necessary to meet the overall ratio specified in Section 101216.3(a) are immediately available at the center.

the fact that The Director stated that she will discuss the proper teacher child ratios during nap time with staff members. Staff#1 was left alone with 15 napping children and 3 children sitting on the table for about 10 minutes before all 3 children went to lay down for their naps. This is a potential risk to children in care.
