The purpose of the inspection was to conduct a complaint investigation for case #82988 on 4/30/24. An initial monitoring inspection was conducted also. Compliance Officer #1: Katie Corrow Compliance Officer #2: Christine Fiore Ratios were all in compliance at the time of inspection. There was 1 staff members interviewed during this investigation. Others interviewed: The Security Company's Manager Documentation reviewed was a written report taken by the Security Company's manager. Upon completion of the complaint investigation, it was determined from observation, interview, and documentation that the allegation was substantiated.
