Licensure is pending programmatic review and changes to the application to reflect that the program is located in a public school. #2 of #2 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid via the DPS website during the time of the inspection. Items discussed, but not limited to, were as follows: The climbing equipment and swings may not be used Fingerprinting timeframes Signing in and out (staff and children) Children’s Emergency, Information, and Immunization Record (EIIR) card completion Staff: files, start date, and training (10-Day and Annual) Discipline Children with Special Needs: Individualized Plan Mandated Reporting of Suspected Abuse and Neglect Medication (form, storage, labels) Supervision (nap, outside, and inside) Menu with specific foods listed Field trips: anytime leave licensed area Fire safety: extinguishers updated yearly and fire drills monthly Contact Compliance Officer when any changes are being made
