Documentation reviewed: daily classroom rosters; children's attendance records; staff attendance records; facility cleaning checklist Upon completion of the complaint investigation, it was determined from observation, staff interview, and documentation that 2 of 2 allegations lacked sufficient evidence to be substantiated.
