There were three staff members interviewed onsite during the complaint investigation. The original Complainant, as well as two members of the Nogales Police Department were also interviewed via phone during the investigation. Documentation observed included child sign in/out documents, two Emergency, Information and Immunization Record (EIIR) cards, and Nogales Police Department Incident Report 240014955. Upon completion of the complaint investigation it was determined from documentation and interview that the allegation was not able to be substantiated at this time. There were no deficiencies cited during the inspection. Items discussed, but not limited to, were as follows: -Updated process for DCS Registry submittal
