No deficiencies were observed at the time of the complaint investigation conducted on 2/24/26 for case #00159818 and #00157182. This report is subject to changes pending programmatic review. A full inspection was not conducted at this time. A copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights was provided at the time of the inspection. Ratios observed were: Infants: 2:6 1-year-old children: 2:11 2-year-old children: 1:7, 1:6 3-5-year-old children: 2:21 There were five staff interviewed during this investigation. Documentation reviewed: Rosters. The Compliance Officer attempted to contact the complainants via telephone on 2/23/26 and 2/24/26, however was unable to speak to the complainants. Upon completion of the complaint investigation # 00159818 and #00157182, it was determined from observation, interview and documentation, that 2 of 2 allegations were unable to be substantiated. During the exit interview, the following items were discussed but are not limited to: - Classroom management - Activities and scheduling - Accommodation options and training support - Documentation procedures - Resources for staff, children
