The purpose of this inspection was to conducted a Complaint Inspection for # 00078641. A full inspection was not conducted at this time. Compliance Officer #1 contacted the complainant via telephone on 2/20/2024. Documentation reviewed included staff and resident’s files. The fingerprint clearance cards for 2 of 2 staff members were verified to be valid through the DPS website at the time of the inspection. Upon completion of the complaint investigation #00078641, it was determined from observation and interview, that 3 of 3 allegations were unsubstantiated.
