Arkansas State Police Criminal Background Check The following persons shall be required to have their background reviewed through a fingerprint criminal records check (which includes the Arkansas Sexual Offender Registry) conducted by the Arkansas State Police. Rosters listing the date, the names, and the ages or dates, of birth of all children being transported as well as the name of the driver and any other staff member on the vehicle shall be maintained.
