746.501(a)(18) · Written Operational Policies - Promotion of Physical Activity

Upon review of the center's operational policies it was determined that the policies were lacking information regarding the promotion of indoor and outdoor activity. Furthermore, the operational policies were lacking information regarding the safe sleep policy for infants from birth through 12 months old that is consistent with the rules in sub chapter H of the minimum standards. A portion of this violation was corrected at inspection when form 2550 discussing operational safe sleep polices was added to the center's operational policies.

Upon entry the Director was absent, The present caregivers were not aware who was in charge of the operation in the director's absence.
