There is a play structure on the toddler playground that is not put together per the manufacturer instructions- the missing pieces were set aside on the playground and the children were climbing on them. The director moved the loose pieces. There are tires on the school age and toddler playgrounds as well as at the entrance of the school age playground. Photos were taken.
