As I arrived for the inspection a 4 year old child was observed to have opened the door, while the caregiver was in the bathroom. I waited at the door for approximately 3-4 minutes before the caregiver came to the door. The door unlcked presented a safety risk to the children as the children could have walked out the door without anyone noticing.
