During inspection, 1 classroom was observed with 11 children ages 18m - 23m alone in a classroom. 3 children were buckled into high chairs. 1 classroom with 15 schoolers was observed alone in a classroom watching tv. This was corrected when classes were combined with a teacher present.

The operation did not show good judgement when leaving school age children alone in a classroom watching tv. The operation did not show good judgment when they left 11 children ages 18m - 23m alone in a classroom with 3 children strapped into high chairs. The operation did not use good judgement when allowing a new hire to work in the operation without a background check completed.
