2 infants were observed to be sleeping on pillows that were on the floor in the infant room. This was corrected at inspection when the infants were removed from the pilows and placed in their cribs.

A caregvier was observed changing diapers on the playground without washing the child hands or the caregviers hands. Only wipes were being used for handwashing.

A 7 week old infant in care was swaddled while sleeping in the crib. This was immediately corrected during the inspection by removing the swaddling device.

Policy and procedures were reviewed by CCR and Director. The following policies and procedures were missing: immunization requirements for children, elements of promotion of indoor and outdoor physical activity, parental communication with the director, and a current and valid CCR phone number.
