When observing the outdoor play area, due to the weather the playscape was wet and the children could have slipped and harmed themeselves. The hose used outside was not wrapped up and was accessible for children to trip and fall causing harm. The excess weed blocker used for the outdoor grounds was exposed and accessible to children. This was CORRECTED when the director wrapped the hose around the hose holder, cut the excess weed blocker, and the playground playscape was dried off.

During the inspection, a 3-year-old child was observed sitting in a room for an undetermined amount of time unsupervised while the two teachers were conducting a bathroom break. This was corrected when a staff was asked to come into the room with him.
