A person (interviewee) was present at the operation, observing in the 2-year-old classroom with children in care, prior to receiving the eligibility notification from the background check unit. This was corrected when the director removed her from the room.

When observing the two-year-old classroom the shelf holding toys had a plastic netting behind the shelf that was sharp to the touch and creating a hazard to the children. The other play equipment had a plastic sink tub that had cracks in the middle and side of the tub. This was CORRECTED at inspection when the Director removed the plastic tub from the play equipment and taped down the plastic netting to make it inaccessible to children.
