An electric fragrance wax warmer was observed in a toddler restroom. The wax warmer was connected on top of the hand washing sink accessible to children. A total of five electrical outlets without a safety cover were observed in different rooms. Seven cans of disinfecting wipes were observed under a children's hand washing sink in a toddler room. There was no latch on the doors preventing the cabinet from opening. Note: This was CORRECTED during the inspection as the wax warmer was removed from the children's restroom. Safety covers were placed on the electrical outlets. The disinfecting wipes were removed and stored out of children's reach.
