745.8411(b)(4) · Responsibilities - Not delay or prevent inspection or investigation

I was not able to conduct an inspection because there was not someone available to open the front door. Also, the doorbell was not functioning because of Wi-Fi issues due to the weather. The doorbell alerts staff that someone is at the front door. Front door is kept locked and the only way you can enter the operation is by having someone open the door from the inside or by having a key to get inside. The operation's business phone is transferred to someone who is not at the operation. Upon calling that number, that individual wasn't successful in making contact with staff at the operation.
