2 infants were observed asleep on bobby pillows on the floor in the infant classroom with a caregiver present. The caregiver corrected the deficiency during the inspection by placing the infants on their backs in cribs. Providing a safe, comfortable, and convenient place for infants to sleep reduces the risk.

CCR observed the operation operating out of ratio for a total of less than 12 children present. There are 9 children present. 1 child ranging from 0 to 17 months, 7 children ranging from 18 months to 4 years, and one child ranging from 5 years.. The ratio should be 1 child ranging from 0 to 17 months, 5 children ranging from 18 month to 4 years, and 1 child ranging from 5 years and older. One caregiver can supervise 5 children ranging from 18 months to 4 years present. The operation is over ratio by 2 children ranging from 18 months to 4 years. The deficiency was corrected during the inspection when 2 children ranging from 18 months to 4 years were picked up by parents.
