During the inspection, there were two incidents where a caregiver was left alone to supervise a group of children. In the gym, a caregiver was left alone with 45 children before the children transitioned to a new area. In the cafeteria, a caregiver was left alone with 36 children during snack time.

A caregiver was present and caring for children with an inactive background check status during the inspection. The operation corrected this during the inspection when they sent the caregiver home.
