During the inspection a two year old toddler was observed leaving a classroom and entering another room unsupervised without the caregiver's knowledge.The caregiver realized that the toddler had left after the child returned to the room. The same child left the classroom once more a few minutes later, and was returned to the classroom by the director. During the inspection a four year old child was allowed by a caregiver to leave the gym and go to the dining area unsupervised to retrieve a water bottle.
