In the toddler room, underneath the diaper changing station there was an unlocked cabinet with cleaning supplies accessible to children. Inside the studio, there was an electrical fan dryer on top of a cabinet accessible to children. Two water hoses in outside playground were accessible children. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection.
