A caregiver was observed alone with a group of children exceeding the classroom total for the youngest child in the group. this was corrected when a second caregiver returned to the room.

During the inspection, children were observed leaving the cafeteria and going to the restroom without caregiver supervision. This was corrected during the inspection when the children returned to the cafeteria and the caregivers were notified that children need to be supervised when they leave the cafeteria.

Two groups of children were left out of ratio when a caregiver left the cafeteria to let parents into the building, leaving one caregiver in charge of both groups. This was corrected during the inspection when the caregivers were notified that they both needed to be in the cafeteria as they were both counted in ratio.
