During the unannounced inspection, a television monitor was observed on topp of a shelf in the preschool classroom and was not mounted to secure it and prevent it from tipping over. The Director removed the television from the classroom, so this was corrected during the inspection.

During an unannounced inspection, a television was observed in a mixed-age classroom that includes children under the age of 2 years, which was confirmed to be used at least once per week on Fridays.
