The operation failed to timely submit the information required to conduct a renewal background check for an individual (household member) who had a fingerprint check. Last fingerprint check for the individual is dated 4/20/2019. The renewal background check must be submitted within 5 years (date to date) of the previous check for an individual who had a fingerprint check. This was corrected at inspection after primary caregiver completed/submitted a paper Child Care Licensing Request for Background Check form 2971 for the household member.
