During the follow-up inspection the operation was observed out of ration again. Primary caregiver had 11 children in care. There was an infant 0 to 17 months old, (2) two years old, (7) 18 months to three years old, and (1) four-year-old. The operation was over by two children in the age range 18 months to three years old. Corrected during the follow-up inspection when a 17-month-old and (2) three-year-old children were picked up leaving the operation in compliance with child/caregiver ratios.
