A child's cot was not labeled with the child's name (photo taken). This was corrected at inspection after staff labeled the cot with the child's name (photo taken).

Operation was missing a fire drill for the month of October 2022. A fire drill was conducted and documented in less than three minutes during this inspection.

Five children were observed sleeping in cribs that were not labeled. Two other children were observed sleeping in cots that were not labeled as well.

Two persons were observed in care of children without background checks in CLASS. This was corrected when applicant requested the two caregivers to evacuate the premises until further notice. Background checks were submitted during the application inspection.
