In the playground there was debris that was not picked up and a wading pool that was broken in the sand. The playground was cleaned and item was removed at inspection.

A caregiver had five infants under age of 12 months. The specified age was 6 months. The caregiver was over ratio by one child. This was corrected when a caregiver arrived to the center and helped the infant teacher with in ten minutes. Classroom was in ratio.
