Two infants under 12 months old were observed sleeping in their cribs with a blanket. Infant caregiver removed all blankets from infants' cribs during the inspection. Photos were taken and uploaded to digital storage.

During the inspection several children were napping on mats that did not match their name on the mat list.

746.2419(8) · Requirements for Feeding Infants - Other Use of Handwashing Sink

During the walkthrough infant sink designated for hand washing was observed with a plastic container with water and a plastic spoon inside the container with an infant bib as well. Infant caregiver confirmed bottles and infant utensils are usually washed in the sink.
