An Infant was observed asleep in a bouncy. The Infant was strapped in therefore the bouncy would be considered a restrictive device. This was corrected when brought to the Directors Owners attention.

746.3701 · Safety - Areas Free From Hazards

In the indoor "Flex Area" there are two storage building pulley chains that open the garage doors. These chains are accessible to the children, that would be utilizing this area. These pulley chains could cause a possible entanglement hazard. This possible hazard was corrected during the inspection when the chains were rolled up onto the track making the chains inaccessible to the child that would be in the "Flex Area".
